Look, freelancers and agencies are amazing and they may very well work for you. However, if you are late with at least some of the marketing tasks, you're tired of repeatedly trying to choose from hundreds of options, or you've had enough of spreading your attention and resources in coordinating multiple specialists at once, we might have an answer for you. 

We’d love to say yes. But, without knowing more about you, your project and your specific requirements, we cannot promise anything. However, you can count on our diverse industry experience for reliable and innovative solutions, as we’ve been doing this for more than 10 years now. You can send us your first task right away, but usually it takes 1-3 business days before we actually start working on it. Firstly, we will need you to provide some initial information to get us started: brand manual, logos and previous work, maybe even grant us access to different platforms. And then there's the onboarding process. We have an instruction manual to guide you, but we are also available for online meetings.

We will start working on your task immediately (or the next business day, at the latest). However, some tasks are significantly more complex than others. Also, some tasks will need additional information from you, additional feedback, which adds to the delay. Generally 1 to 3 business days would be a reasonable term to cover most situations.

Yes, if speed is more important than the budget, we can allocate more resources to your project. We switch from a monthly-based to an hourly-based collaboration - and you can access all our resources without limitation. Plus other perks, like a senior marketing professional as dedicated account manager.

Well, we cannot vouch for that, but we'll do our best. In order to keep a high-quality service, we work only with experienced professionals, specialized in their field. Also, a senior marketer double-checks everything that we send to you for feedback. And if this is not enough, we offer unlimited revisions for all our tasks to ensure you are fully satisfied.

Yes, we use AI in some of our content and creative processes. However, we consider the AI input as merely a suggestion and we make sure to curate everything before delivering, reducing the risk for misinterpretation and improving the outcome's quality.

We can be very creative in English and Romanian, and we can work with most languages as long as we have a stable framework in English and you provide us with a translating service. We've done previous work in German, Polish, French, Arabic and many other languages.

You can pay our monthly subscription by bank transfer or credit card. We accept most major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and also some regional payment service providers. Our payments and invoices are handled by Stripe.

No, you can request to cancel anytime without any cancellation fees. However, please keep in mind we do not offer refunds, and the actual collaboration will end at the end of the billing cycle (considered on a monthly basis).

Well, facing a situation like that is tough on all fronts. Nobody wants a subpar marketing service, and we certainly don't want a dissatisfied customer. We're not afraid to shake things up – we'll bring in a secondary team to tackle your tasks, striving for a better match. Introducing a senior marketer ensures a keen eye on your requests, aiming for more accurate implementation.

We're all ears, too – if you have suggestions to correct and prevent mistakes, we're open to it.

However, if, despite all these efforts, we find ourselves not as compatible as we thought, and you lose faith in our ability to assist you, you're free to cancel your subscription anytime. While refunds aren't in the cards, rest assured, all these efforts won't spike your monthly budget. If it doesn't work out, we're ready to go the extra mile to make things right at no extra cost.

We value transparency and aim to make the post-collaboration transition as smooth as possible. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Final Deliverables and Closure: Closure is an important phase. No matter the reason for ending our contract, we will make sure we deliver the final assets, close any ongoing commitments to have a comprehensive conclusion to our collaboration.
  2. Intellectual Property Ownership: Any intellectual property and creative assets developed during our collaboration will be, as defined in our Terms of Service, in your ownership.
  3. Access to Documents and Files: We understand the importance of retaining access to relevant documents. You will have at least 30 days post-collaboration access rights, allowing you to retrieve necessary materials.
  4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Our ToS includes robust confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses, outlining our commitment to protecting your sensitive data even after our collaboration concludes.

We believe in open communication and transparency, and our commitment extends beyond the collaboration period. If you have specific concerns or questions about the post-collaboration phase, our team is always here to provide clarification and support. Your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us, even after our collaboration concludes.
